(ABOVE: Jaden actually got in the pool last weekend ...)Well today was an absolutley BEAUTIFUL day outside! Slight breeze, cloudless sky and a temperature of 62 degrees ... what BETTER way to spend the day than outside - all day - celebrating Track and Field Day ~ 2008. This, of course, was Jaden's first experience with Track and Field Day and she LOVED every minute of it - her favoite being Tug of War of course. She enjoyed being part of teams and doing individual races. She drank about a gallon of water and walked around pretty much all afternoon smiling ... I was happy to be able to spend the afternoon with her and her classmates and of course I took a bazillion photos. We are finally getting into our warmer weather in Minnesota - just in time for the 'Un-Official' start to summer this weekend. We have our annual Clark Family Memorial Saturday Party this Saturday and the pool is warmed up and the weather people say it should be sunny and 80 this weekend ... YIPPIE ... after 10 months of winter (slight exaggeration) we deserve some warm weather ... Hope you are all having a wonderful week ...

Looks like Jaden had a lot of fun at her field day. Love the tee-shirt. I am looking forward to a nice weekend here too. It was cool and very windy here today, reaching 71 and it's supposed to be 80 for the weekend.
Hope your feeling well. I am guessing your tired, I know I was a ton that 1st trimester.

That is kind of funny because if it was 62 here we would be inside away from the cold. ;) But I'm sure compared to much colder temps it feels wonderful! Jaden is such a cutie, looks like she had a blast!
The time Jaden has spent with her cousins helped train her for that tug of war, she really looked like she was enjoying the day. See you in 69 days, but whose counting.
