(ABOVE: Jaden actually got in the pool last weekend ...)Well today was an absolutley BEAUTIFUL day outside! Slight breeze, cloudless sky and a temperature of 62 degrees ... what BETTER way to spend the day than outside - all day - celebrating Track and Field Day ~ 2008. This, of course, was Jaden's first experience with Track and Field Day and she LOVED every minute of it - her favoite being Tug of War of course. She enjoyed being part of teams and doing individual races. She drank about a gallon of water and walked around pretty much all afternoon smiling ... I was happy to be able to spend the afternoon with her and her classmates and of course I took a bazillion photos. We are finally getting into our warmer weather in Minnesota - just in time for the 'Un-Official' start to summer this weekend. We have our annual Clark Family Memorial Saturday Party this Saturday and the pool is warmed up and the weather people say it should be sunny and 80 this weekend ... YIPPIE ... after 10 months of winter (slight exaggeration) we deserve some warm weather ... Hope you are all having a wonderful week ...
