Dear Santa Claus ...

~ Jaden at Breakfast with Santa ~
~ Charlotte & her recliner - aka - Daddy's lap ~
~ LOVE this picture - we went to the Minneapolis Macy's Christmas Display and Jaden sat on Santa's lap - such a great postcard photo - thanks Carol ~
~ Um - Miss Charlotte did not like the big guy this time around ~
~ Jaden, Charlotte and I at the Macy's exhibit - A Day in the Life of an Elf ~
Please tell me why on earth I would I total up my (ahem, I mean YOUR) Christmas Credit Card Receipts ONE WEEK before Christmas? Please tell me how that would put me in a Ho-Ho-Holiday Mood? Oh and add this to my Christmas list please - #1 a JOB and #2 just some money - please!!!
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
In other new Miss Charlotte will be turning a year old in less than 2 weeks ... we are gearing up for Christmas and then a New Year's Eve Birthday Party - we are having a cake made by a professional wedding cake artist thanks to Aunt Adrienne who knows her ... we stole Kristen's theme and chose a Lady Bug design ... nothing too fancy though ... hard to have her birthday so close to Christmas ... at a loss for gift ideas too! She pretty much would be happy with a box filled with newspaper really! She is just so cute though and we are on the VERGE of taking a step ... she tried last night and fell - which she thinks is funny by the way!
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Jaden is doing well too ... got her 1st Trimester report card and she is doing excellent all around and her state math test came back too - she tested High Average on her math and low to average on her reading - which is a great improvement from last year when she HATED reading - she also got exceeds expectations on her report card when it came to reading habits - another AWESOME accomplishment!!! She is also as sweet as ever and I seriously lucked out with such great hearted kids ... here's hoping we have it that way for a while longer ...
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Hope you are all enjoying the Holidays - I am trying but the looming reality of not having a job before unemplyments runs out is REALLY Zapping my Holiday Spirit ... *sigh* but this too shall pass right?
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Happy Holidays Everyone!
Love ~ The Clark Family of Four ~ Rebekah, Jason, Jaden and Miss Charlotte

I will keep you guys in my prayers that the PERFECT job will just open up for you. We took a huge pay cut last year and it is really catching up with us. I can totally relate to that added stress.

I can NOT believe how both girls look!! Crazy. They are growing like weeds.

Great pictures, MN does well for its residents, not like New York. Remember, 99% of the time change of jobs are for the better, things appear to be looking up in 2010, I am sure the perfect fit will happen - you will be okay, I predict. Also, what more do you need than the wonderful family you have, it will be fine honey - don't worry and enjoy the holidays. Oh, and I thought I taught you, never add up the receipts it takes the joy away. I love you, Mom

Sweet pictures. Some of my favorite Santa photos over the years are when my kids were crying on his lap!

Sorry about the job hunt not going well. I'll keep you in my prayers!

Merry Christmas!
