Show Us Where You Live Friday ~ Children's Rooms/Nurseries

(ABOVE: Shall we head up stairs to see the girls' bedrooms ...)
~ FIRST STOP - JADEN'S ROOM ~
(ABOVE: Jaden's bed, night stand, cork board and 3 of her MANY stuffed animals she sleeps with!)
(ABOVE: PART of Jaden's closet - I think she needs more clothes - and more pink!)
(ABOVE: Jaden's dresser, hamper and part of her closet!)
(ABOVE: By Far Jaden's FAVORITE spot in her room - her desk - where she spend HOURS doing arts and crafts!!!)
(ABOVE: The view of Jaden's room from the hallway)
~ NOW ON TO CHARLOTTE'S ROOM ~
(ABOVE: This is the comforter for Charlotte's crib - of course she never uses it so I decided to sew some ribbon to the top and hang in on the quilt rack I had - on the shelf are the Vermont Teddy Bears Jason bought me, a piggy bank from a friend, a painting of Winnie The Pool my dad painted and Jaden's walking shoes from when she was a baby!)
(ABOVE: This was Jaden's little rocking chair filled with some of Jaden's baby animals. Hanging on the wall is Jaden's Christening Gown as well as the Christening Slip made out of my mom's wedding dress - all of us 'girls' in the family have worn it under our gowns ... it is a great family heirloom!)
(ABOVE: Charlotte's little closet - these are some of her clothes - the rest are in totes under her crib!)
(ABOVE: Charlotte's crib from the hallway - this is her HAPPY SPOT - I puther in here at 8pm every night awake and you never hear a peep putof her until morning - yeah, I am luncky I know! And I did paint her name on the wall while home on bed rest!)
(ABOVE: The place where I cherish time with Charlotte - rocking her at night - well before she started sleeping 12 hours at night! I bought these window WALLIES for her room to add some color and she loves to sit on your lap and look 'out the windows')

Well I FINALLY am able to do one of these posts that I read about every Friday over at Kelly's Korner. This week we are touring Children's Rooms and/or Nurseries ... well for those of you who follow me know that once I found out I was pregnant with Charlotte last May I panicked becuase our 'starter home' only had 2 bedrooms. We mulled over our options and were about to list our home for sale when the market fell out underneath us ... so we added on instead. In the end (about 10 days before Miss Charlotte arrived) our 2 brand spanken new bedrooms were complete. They turned out beautiful and we all had a blast decorating them. Of course Jadenand I shopped well before I was put on bedrest and bought lots of things for her new room and I got most of Miss Charlotte's 'stuff' at my baby shower in October so we (I) were anxiously waiting the project completion! So on to the tour of Jaden and Charlotte's Bedrooms ... TO see LOTS and LOTS more beautiful home tours visit Kelly's Korner . You never know - next week you might join in on the fun too!

Oh and Little Miss Charlotte turns FIVE MONTHS OLD today! I can not believe how fast that time flew by! I wish I could make it stop or at least slow down! Before you know it I will have a 14 year old and a 7 year old ... and who knows ... maybe another baby! HA! That's not that funny is it?

I've been debating doing Kelly's "Show us where you live Friday," but my house hasn't been clean enough to photograph now that I'm rearranging everything. I love the girls' rooms!

Thank you for your sweet comments about my baby nursery. This was my first time to do Kelly's tour of homes and it has provided a pregnant girl on bed rest a full day of entertainment. I have looked at every single room :) Your two girls and their rooms are precious. Blessings!

I love both the rooms! I have a baby boy and if he was a girl we were going to name "her" Charlotte. I love how girly & fun the rooms are! Great job! :)
