Happy FFF Everyone! It seems like it always takes forever for Friday to arrive but once it is here I always say – I can’t believe it is Friday already! This week I am on theme becuase this week's theme is 'Our Choice' so I thought I would finally post some photos from our vacation to NY and NJ for my cousins wedding. It was a beautiful time and the rain stopped just hours before the outdoor ceremony was to begin. My cousin looked beautiful and the wedding and reception location was priceless … it was called the Crystal Palace in Whippany, NJ. The ceremony was amazing and filled with tears … the hors ‘devours hour before hand was amazing … they had stations throughout the reception hall …each station was filled with food from different areas around the world … they had an Italian Station, a Mexican Station, a Seafood Station – with ice sculpture dishes to keep the LOBSTER and jumbo shrimp cold … they also had a salad area and plenty of meats and cheeses to go around. But the most amazing this to see when you walked in was the Ice Bar and Martini Bar … it was an open bar all night long … custom made Martinis and drinks of all sorts … but the neatest thing I’ve seen was the Ice Sculpture in the shape of a Martini Glass … it had a spicket on it with the chilled Vodka inside it for you to make your own Martinis … being that I am pregnant and a HUGE fan of Pomegranate Martini’s it was hard to be around so much goodness but I refrained and drank my lemon juice and water … the reception was also beautiful and my cousins dad wrote the most amazing song for her and had a professional there to sing it to her while they danced – more tears … the food was amazing … filet mignon (all you can eat), salad, bruschetta type appetizer and of course the end was a desert bar out in the main room. This was no ordinary desert bar – they had a cannoli station, a flaming coffee bar, a 4 foot chocolate fountain, a funnel cake area and an ice cream bar along side the wedding cake, carrot cake and chocolate lava cake … YUM – YUM – YUM! It was amazing and truly breathtaking to be a part of it … I was bummed kids weren’t invited but Jaden stayed at the hotel with my niece Amanda – they ordered room service, went swimming and rented an in room movie so I am sure they enjoyed themselves … the next day we headed to my cousins house for a BBQ … it was a beautiful wedding – not without some drama due to excessive drinking but that’s what you get with an open bar …

My husband and I met on the internet through AOL too! I randomly picked a chat room to get help with corny saying on a gift I was making for my little sister. Mike was the one who responded and it just happened that he lived down the street from me while we were both in college. Crazy world!

Jaden is adorable! Not too much longer until you get to welcome baby Charlotte. How exciting!!
