Well here we are! Jaden celebrates turning 6 today with a party at Davanni's with all her school and daycare friends!! Jaden had 17 of her school and daycare friends to celebrate her Hannah Montana Party! She decorated the room with Aunt Adrienne's help. She decided where her cake was going to be and she helped put all the gift bags on the table for her friends. She also decided to put the 'boys' all together in one spot so they wouldn't feel weird! The party was a great time and the 'kid' who helped us with the party from Davanni's was one of the best employees there I think! He was GREAT with all the kdis, he intereacted with them, asked them lots of questions, made them feel a part of the party and also read the cards as Jaden opened her gifts! He was great! Jaden's party was a build your own pizza party so each kid got their own personal pan pizza and got to pick their toppings. Then Alex (the great Davanni's employee) brought the pizzas out with the sauce on them. He then gave each kid their cheese and toppings they asked for. The kids all had a fun time putting their own toppings on the pizza. While the pizza was cooking the kids all decorated their own chef hats with markers and stickers. They were pretty excited to do arts and crafts. Once the pizza was cooked Alex brought each box out and the kids chowed down on homemade pizza. After eating pizza it was present time - now that was a whorlwind! With 17 kids there were a TON of gifts to hand out. I think gift opening took about 45 minutes! She got lots of nice things! Jason and I bought her a Hannah Montana T-Shirt as well as the Barbie I-Design Studio she REALLY wanted. She got lots of Hannah Montana Dolls, some arts and crafts supplies and activities, a nice paint book, a pink baseball glove, a new webkinz (for mom of course!), Ponyville T-Pot house, Polly Pocket Swimming pool, Hannah Montana guitar bag and sing-along headset, a Target gift card, Shining Star Dragon she named Spike, Balloon Lagoon game, puppy in my pocket tree house set with extra puppies and lots of other nice things I am sure I am forgetting to list because she got SO much STUFF! Of course Sunday she spent the day playing with ALL of it! After she opened her gifts we had her Hannah Montana Cupcake Cake ... it was a pretty cute cake ... and after cake all the kids were given a tour of the kitchen ... at the end of the tour the pizza dough tosser threw the dough into the air and one of the kids had to catch it ... good thing Savannah caught it or it would have been on the floor. After that all the kids were given their very own ball of dough! It was a really GREAT Day! Jaden had a blast and truly enjoyed playing with all her friends. At the end of the party Alex had Jaden stand on a chair and everyone sang to her ... she was smiling from ear to ear! Well, enjoy the photos ...
